1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (TOS)
This document establishes the General Terms and Conditions of Sale governing the use of the website nanni.shop and the purchase of products sold therein. Accessing the site and placing a purchase order implies the full, unconditional, and binding acceptance of these provisions by the User/Buyer.
1.1 Nature and Conformity of Products
All items for sale on nanni.shop, unless otherwise and explicitly stated, are clothing and accessories classified as "vintage", "second-hand", or unique pieces. By purchasing on our site, the customer unequivocally acknowledges, declares, and accepts that:
- The goods sold have a previous history. Signs of wear, discoloration, pilling, small structural imperfections, or mending are to be considered intrinsic characteristics of the product and not defects of conformity under current legislation.
- Chromatic Variations: The chromatic tones displayed on screen may differ from reality due to the lighting of the photographic set or the hardware/software calibration of the user's device. The Owner guarantees the absence of manipulation or alterations during post-production.
- Measurement Tolerance: The measurements provided (width, length, shoulders, etc.) are taken manually with the garment laid flat on a horizontal surface. A technical and physiological measurement tolerance of +/- 1 cm is reserved.
1.2 Content Generated by Artificial Intelligence (AI)
To optimize the user experience, nanni.shop uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools. Some accessory content (editorial texts, background graphics, summary descriptions) may be generated or refined through algorithmic systems. However, it is absolutely guaranteed that the photographs representing the physical products for sale are real, taken live, and not manipulated by AI.
2. RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
To protect the integrity of the catalog and in consideration of the unique nature of the items sold (one-of-a-kind/vintage pieces), nanni.shop applies the following mandatory return policy.
2.1 Strict Deadlines
Return requests submitted after the strict deadline of 48 hours (forty-eight hours) from the delivery of the item will not be accepted under any circumstances. For the purpose of calculating these deadlines, the date and time of delivery recorded by the official tracking of the assigned carrier will be considered irrefutable.
2.2 Photographic Archive and Quality Control
Every single product undergoes rigorous quality control and is meticulously photographed from every angle before shipment. Should the Buyer report anomalies, defects, tears, or stains, nanni.shop will cross-reference this with its pre-shipment photographic archive. If the reported irregularity is not documented in our archives prior to shipment, the return request will be categorically and irrevocably rejected.
2.3 Categorical Limitations and Exclusions
Return requests will NOT be accepted for the following reasons:
- Size or Fit Error: All products come with photographs of specific measurements or details in the description. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to compare these data with their own clothing item before purchase. Returns due to incorrect size assessment are not accepted.
- Physiological wear and tear of vintage garments described or visible in photos.
- Items that have been washed, ironed, worn, altered, perfumed, or have had their warranty seals and tags (if present) removed after delivery.
2.4 Authorization Procedure
Return requests are admissible only for serious structural defects not explicitly reported. To activate the procedure, the Buyer must contact legal@nanni.shop within 48 hours of delivery, attaching detailed photographic documentation. In case of authorization, shipping costs for the return of the item remain entirely at the Buyer's expense.
3. INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA (GDPR)
This Privacy Policy is provided pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR) and current national legislation on the protection of personal data. It comprehensively describes the methods of collecting, using, storing, and protecting User data.
3.1 Data Controller
The Data Controller is Daniele Catalano, who can be contacted for any privacy-related communication at the email address: legal@nanni.shop.
3.2 Categories of Data Processed
Nanni.shop collects and processes the following types of personal data:
- Navigation data: IP addresses, URI/URL, time of request, and other parameters related to the User's operating system.
- Data provided voluntarily: Name, Email, Shipping address, etc., provided during checkout or contact.
3.3 Purposes and Legal Basis
- Contract execution: To process orders and shipments.
- Legal obligations: Tax and accounting obligations.
- Marketing: Sending communications about new drops and discounts (with consent or legitimate interest).
3.4 Data Subject Rights
The User enjoys the rights enshrined in the GDPR (Articles 15-22). At any time, the User may request access, rectification, erasure (Right to be Forgotten) or object to the processing of their data (Opt-out marketing) by writing to legal@nanni.shop.
4. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These General Conditions and the Policies described herein are governed by and construed in accordance with Italian law. Any dispute concerning the interpretation, validity, effectiveness or execution of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Naples (Italy).
